The Iunona Community Development Association, from Târgu Mureș, is developing the cultural-diplomatic project “Spirit of Romania”. They started the international tour of the Târgu Mureș State Philharmonic in November 2024 in Vienna (Musikverein), continued in 2025 in Berlin (Berliner Philharmonie) and will record a new stage this year in Budapest. The concert program includes works by George Enescu, Ferenc Liszt and Johannes Brahms. 82 artists and technical staff are involved in organizing the event. Hungarian pianist Gergely Bogányi will join the program and will have a spectacular appearance alongside the instrument he created, the Bogányi piano. The conductor is Pablo Boggiano from Argentina. The Budapest concert is organized in partnership with the Romanian Embassy in Hungary, the Romanian Cultural Institute in Budapest and the Mureș County Council. The cultural event is held under the patronage of the Romanian Ministry of Culture.
