Guidelines on photographing and filming at the Liszt Academy

Photography and filming at Liszt Academy is only possible with a prior permission, and only as agreed.

We consider it very important that neither the concentration of the perforers nor the concert experience of our audience is disturbed. We ask that photographers and cameramen wear dark clothing and carry the written permit with them.

Please be aware that you can only take pictures without disturbing our audience. You must not use flash, AF lights, and please use your camera's silent mode. Photographers must not go on stage, however they are allowed to work on the concert hall's ground floor behind the last row as well as to move up to the 5th row on the two sides. Please be informed that all non-commercial and professional photography requires prior permission, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the shooting and escort the photographer outside. To avoid any inconvenience, please bring with you the written permission. All photographers should preferably wear dark clothes. Please respect the occasion and our venue.

Please be aware that you can only film from the last row with the camera on a tripod, and that it should be placed near the seats assigned to disabled people. Crews must not move during the performance, they are only allowed to leave the hall between two pieces. It is strictly prohibited to place any equipment or setup in the emergency routes and exits of the concert hall. To avoid any misunderstanding, please bring with you the written permission. All crew members should preferably wear dark clothes. Please respect the occasion and our venue.

DIPLOMA CONCERT

No more than 5 minutes of the footage can be broadcasted or shared with the public on own website or in social media. Any other professional or commercial usage of any part of the footage is allowed only with the special permission of the Communication Directorate prior notice.
