In the concert season 2018/19 of the Liszt Academy, besides globally acclaimed international celebrities and extraordinarily talented Hungarian artistis, also the 111-year-old concert organ of the Grand Hall is going to be in the limelight. The instrument so emblematic of Hungarian music will give its first performance in October, 2018 following a 9-year long restoration period.

The manuscripts purchased by the Liszt Academy with the kind support of the Ministry of Human Resources will come into the guardianship of the Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum and Research Centre.
