INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENTS ORGANISED BY THE LISZT ACADEMY CONCERT CENTRE

1. CANCELED PERFORMANCES

• The price of tickets purchased online for the canceled concerts organised by the Liszt Academy Concert Centre has been refunded; tickets purchased at the ticket offices of the Liszt Academy and the Liszt Museum as well as in other ticket offices can be redeemed at the point of purchase until 31 December 2020.

  We would also like to inform you that tickets purchased in person via the Interticket network will be refunded online. The refund of tickets purchased in person via the network (for example: Dalszínház Ticket Office, Broadway Ticket, Open-Air Ticket Office, Rózsavölgyi Ticket Office, Studio Ticket Office, Ibusz in the countryside and in Budapest, Tourinform, Gruber Travel, Meridien Travel and other travel agencies, etc.) can be requested by sending an e-mail to the kozonsegkapcsolat [at] zeneakademia [dot] hu e-mail address.

• In the case of the following canceled season ticket concerts, we have offered our season ticket audience a replacement concert from our autumn concert offer and issued separate tickets for the replacement concerts. These replacement tickets will be sent to customers who have made their purchase online in the 1-30 September period, while customers who have made their purchase at the ticket office can pick them up at the ticket office between 1-30 September.

• In the case of canceled season ticket concerts for which we could not offer a replacement concert, the corresponding part of the price of the season ticket has been reimbursed in the form of a ticket voucher; the vouchers can be used at the ticket office or online to purchase new tickets for performances organised by the Liszt Academy. The ticket vouchers are valid until 30 June 2021.

2. PERFORMANCES ORGANISED ON A NEW DATE

• Tickets and season tickets previously purchased online are valid for our concerts postponed to a later date. Tickets purchased at the ticket office of the Liszt Academy and the Liszt Museum as well as other ticket offices can be redeemed at the point of purchase no later than 30 days before the date of the new performance.
