Jury names the finalists of the Éva Marton International Singing Competition

Six female and six male competitor will take the stage with a colourful programme at the Final in the Grand Hall of Liszt Academy on Saturday evening.

As per the decision of the prestigious international jury chaired by Éva Marton, the finalists of the 5th Éva Marton International Singing Competition are: Kazakh soprano Guldana Aldadossova, Belgian mezzo-soprano Linsey Coppens, Russian tenor Andrei Danilov, Korean bass Jeong Inho, Kazakh baritone Dinmukhamed Koshkinbayev, Russian bass Aleksei Kulagin, Korean sopranos Lee Seonwoo and Min Hanbyeol, Korean tenor Park Yihoon, Czech mezzo-soprano Jolana Slavikova, Hungarian soprano Natália Tuznik and Chinese tenor Wang Weilian.  

At the finale held on Saturday evening in the Grand Hall, the twelve contestants will perform with the orchestra of the Hungarian State Opera House under the baton of chief music director Balázs Kocsár. The finalists will take the stage in the following order and will perform the following programme.

Wang Weilian

- Puccini: E lucevan le stelle – Cavaradossi’s aria from Tosca

Guldana Aldadossova
