The Contemporary Music Group of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music gives a taste of contemporary classical music in the FUGA Budapest Center of Architecture in October.

The Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music was awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for its contribution to the promotion of cultural exchange through musical education between Japan and Hungary.

Soloist of the Bard College Conservatory of Music Orchestra for Bartók’s Piano Concerto No. 3 will be Benjamin Hochman, who replaces Peter Serkin.

The 16-year-old cellist attending the Special School for Exceptional Young Talents of Liszt Academy was awarded third prize in the contest.
